01  Added new authentication mechanisms for SMTP
        AUTH PLAIN, AUTH LOGIN

    According to this change, config.txt format is changed.
    Obsoleted keyword:
        UseSMTPAuth
    New keyword:
        UseSMTPAuthPlain
        UseSMTPAuthLogin
        UseSMTPAuthCramMD5

02  Added limitation to password length.
    Max of password length is limited by 64 characters.
